Rules
1. Only Basic materials supplied in the kit may be used.
2. Rocket body not exceed 7 inches, excluding propeller and fins.
3. There are no restrictions on weight or design of rocket.
4. Maximum number of winds 75.
Proposed rule changes 2002
No maximum number of winds if rubber bands break you have to repair in time to
race or be disqualified.
**** To improve performance as you wind the rocket pull the
rubber band (stretch) to keep it from knotting up on the inside.
